In conversation with our clients
A couple of years ago we had the privilege of collaborating with photographer and film-maker, Chris Floyd, and video producer, Michael Stanish at Ground Control, to produce a series of short films ‘in conversation’ with a group of our clients to really capture the essence of how we work and the difference it makes.
We wanted to bring to life the authentic and client-centred way we work with clients. The series of five films showcase the journey our clients take when working with Value Partnership to achieve their goals. We brought together a diverse group of clients from Miniclip, Tipico, GS1, Groupe SEB and Thales, who gave their time generously and candidly shared their stories with us.

Who we partner with
We approach each assignment on the basis that every organisation requires in-depth, unique understanding. We do not attempt to shoe-horn an approach; we ensure that outcomes drive the process not vice versa. Every assignment includes a discovery phase where we collect information, dig deeper into challenges and get a holistic picture. For some assignments, where appropriate, we will use diagnostic tools, that are scientifically based, developmental and are designed to improve commercial performance and whose data insights help us to advance leaders, teams and organisations.
