Leading in Uncharted Territory – A clear line of sight12th Mar 2010

As the world economy recovers and economic power shifts over the next 10-20 years, what are the new realities, and how do organisations and leaders need to respond?  What can we learn from other companies and what do we need to learn from our customers, employees and other stakeholders to build sustainable businesses?

  • Has your business continued to invest in the future?  If so, where has this investment been sustained?
  • How are businesses leading change in this environment?  What lessons can we learn from other organisations?

These were the central questions we asked at this event at Shakespeare’s Globe in March 2010.  The workshop was designed to enable senior executives to gain clarity about the challenges and issues they faced, and to strengthen their resourcefulness in facing the future.  This not only offered an opportunity to share experience, ideas and insights but our consultants were also on hand, providing expert guidance and a practical framework rooted in our experience of working with the senior leaders and teams of many global companies.
