All business models are transient, ripe for disruption.

The world of work as we know it is being fundamentally transformed both by technological change and by significant shifts in the desires, work-habits, and expectations of those entering the workforce. We are increasingly seeing businesses impacted by this, their strategies are not changing quickly enough, and their organisations are not ready for the necessary transformation.

The ‘mobility revolution’ is just one example of a much broader phenomenon. Just as changes through robotics and the sharing economy are now dawning on car manufacturers and insurers, it is also becoming apparent that the impact will be felt across many more industries, including energy, logistics, retail, property, construction and transport.
