Diversity nowadays goes far beyond traditional definitions that focus on gender and ethnicity; we hear about diversity of thought, ideas, markets, customers and talent. And this is what drives the need for inclusion as an organisational and leadership capability. But diversity and inclusion are not the same and companies need to be aware not to use them interchangeably.
In association with Women in Banking & Finance (WiBF) this leadership session will explore the notions of diversity and inclusion in more depth, giving you the opportunity to work alongside participants on articulating your vision of how to be an inclusive leader.
We will be using an assessment framework called The GC Index® which supports organisations in becoming truly diverse and inclusive by describing the five different ways in which people are inclined to make an impact and contribution.
This event will be led by Value Partnership consultant Katrin Homer and Nathan Ott, CEO and Founder of The GC Index®.
