The world of work as we know it is being fundamentally transformed. Are you ready?
The world of work as we know it is being fundamentally transformed both by technological change and by significant shifts in the desires, work-habits, and expectations of those entering the workforce. We are increasingly seeing businesses impacted by this, their strategies are not changing quickly enough, and their organisations are not ready for the necessary transformation. The ‘mobility revolution’ is just one example of a much broader phenomenon. Just as changes through robotics and the sharing economy are now dawning on car manufacturers and insurers, it is also becoming apparent that the impact will be felt across many more industries, including energy, logistics, retail, property, construction and transport.
This event was designed to enable senior leaders to work with us to explore how work is changing, how ready organisations are for the required transformation, the impact on investor confidence, and the path to coping with the changes.
The day will include:
Lukas Neckermann is a consultant with Value Partnership. He has 20 years of leadership experience in automotive, media, and financial services in the UK, Germany and the US. He is passionate about transformative change and staff engagement and has written ‘The Mobility Revolution’.
After beginning his career at broadcasting company WVBR-FM, Lukas joined BMW’s central marketing area in 1996. After four years in Munich and an MBA in New York, he joined the Allianz Group in 2002, where he was responsible for numerous strategic transformations including at Allianz Automotive, the Allianz Management Institute, and at Euler Hermes UK. He has also co-founded Monoventure srl (a real-estate investment company in Romania), MN Innovative Communication Inc in New York, Neckermann Ltd in London and the Freckleray brand.
