Suzanne’s passion and expertise lies in enabling senior executives and top teams to reach their full leadership potential through coaching and learning programmes/interventions. She works internationally with individuals, teams and/or whole organizations, placing strong emphasis on achieving the highest level of personal performance to deliver excellent business and personal results.
She adopts a pragmatic approach, drawing on a blend of NLP (an enabler of swift and effective personal change), best business practice, her own senior leadership experience and proven psychological techniques, to enable executives to move forward. Suzanne is experienced at working with instruments such as: the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Firo-B, 360 and Emotional Intelligence Questionnaires.
Suzanne has worked at Henley Business School in both faculty roles and leadership roles and her clients include: Canon, Groupe SEB, Barclays, Eon, McDonalds and GDF Suez.
