Marisa is a highly qualified and experienced HR and Business Leader, consultant and facilitator and is passionate about helping organisations, teams and individuals reach their potential. She has extensive experience working with large corporate organisations designing strategies, leading M&A activity and building high-performing leadership teams. Working with SMEs and start-ups Marisa has worked holistically across the business and people agendas to enable agile, learning focused and results driven cultures.

Before joining Value Partnership, Marisa worked for GSK in their Human Resources Function. She held a number of senior positions including Head of HR for Global Manufacturing, Divestment Lead for Ribena and Lucozade Supply Chain and Recruitment lead for corporate functions. Working globally with senior executive teams to drive the business performance through creative and progressive people agendas.

Marisa is an ICF accredited coach, and qualified in a number of team dynamic tools such as Team Management Systems, Assessment & Development Centre design and, she is known for her passion, energy and clear-sighted approach to driving the change a business needs to succeed.
