Leslie Little is a trusted advisor, strategy consultant and human capital consultant to FTSE & Fortune 500 CEOs, boards and top teams. She specialises in innovation and organisational transformation through organisational design, culture change, management assessment, leadership development, equity, diversity & inclusion and creating high performing teams.
Leslie has led large-scale innovation and transformational change programmes and coached over a thousand C-Suite executives for clients across Europe, the U.S., Latin America and Asia. She has spent most of her career in London as a Partner at Egon Zehnder International and a Partner in strategy consulting at Towers Perrin. Previously, she was a Senior Partner with The River Group and Korn Ferry’s leadership & talent consulting division.
Leslie holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. She serves on several non-profit boards including Lumos Foundation, J.K. Rowling’s children’s charity. Leslie has dual US-UK residency and is proficient in French.
