Game-changing Leadership in the Colorado Mountains

Simon Court was recently invited to run a masterclass on game changing leadership and to coach a group of 12 inspiring leaders on their own leadership challenges. The week-long event – designed to transform leaders in the travel industry – was organised by Pure Pursuits.

It was in itself a game-changing adventure in the mountains of Colorado – cycling, hiking, camping, rock climbing and rafting. But above all, it was investing time to work on the business rather than in the business.

We used The GC Index® as a way to get deeper self-insight and to put ‘acting through strengths’ into practice and we returned home refreshed and transformed with new insights and connections, with a renewed confidence to lead and grow as leaders.
