A psychologist, Lynn consults, develops, coaches and researches in the areas of leadership and change. Her current and recent client work includes assignments for Skanska, CRH plc, Ace, AIB, Aon, BG Group, Chime, FCO, GDSuez, GLOW, NAB, OMV, Tetrapak, Treasury Solicitors Office and Urenco. Lynn’s recent work has taken her across Europe, and to Mexico, China, the US and the UAE on projects which include designing and leading Senior Leadership Programmes, developing team performance, leading global people development and culture change processes and working with senior teams and individuals on resilience in change and transition.
Previously Director of Tailored Business at Ashridge, Lynn led the Business Development team responsible for designing customised solutions for clients.
Lynn is an Ashridge accredited coach, Level BPS Level A and B qualified and is licensed to use a wide range of 360 instruments and psychometrics. A classicist originally, and a keen linguist, she took a Masters in Organisation Psychology and has held senior roles in manufacturing and retail.
