Katrin is a highly experienced consultant, executive coach, leadership team coach and facilitator. Before moving into consulting, she worked for Thomson Reuters, a multi-national news & media conglomerate where she held different positions in Training, Learning & Development and Sales. When working in Sales, Katrin discovered her passion for coaching having trained with the Academy of Executive Coaching and supported the European Sales function as a Performance & Development Coach.
Since then, Katrin has worked in a variety of consultancies and has enabled executives, leaders, managers and their wider organisations navigate transformational and behaviour change and help them push the boundaries of what is possible. Katrin is also passionate about the intersection of Purpose and Culture and equipping leaders and teams with the belief, ideas and tools to turn words into action.
Katrin has delivered coaching and consultancy projects with a range of international clients in Fintech & Financial Services, Aviation, Media & Entertainment, Household Appliances, Mobile & Online Games and Pharmaceuticals.
