Andy is a ICF accredited executive coach with over 30 prior years of experience working internally within corporate roles across major international organisations – with 12 of these years being at Managing Director or Divisional CEO level.
He is now a coach and advisor to CEOs, Founders and business leaders helping to deliver both organisational results and individual leaders to achieve positive, long lasting behavioural change with recent coaching and career experience in Consumer Products, Retail, Hospitality and Digital Commerce.
He can support working through a range of challenges from strategic prioritisation, business expansion, raising investment to supporting a client’s own personal development but always with a focus on supporting the delivery of sustainable, meaningful results.
Andy’s corporate background includes working in a range of roles – starting in Sales & Marketing through to C-Suite positions in some of the world’s most prominent Consumer Products businesses – Mars, Unilever, SAB Miller, Church & Dwight and Heineken across Europe, Middle East & Australasia. His technical specialisms also include M&A, Internationalisation and E-Commerce.
In addition, he has served as Chairman of a private equity backed, D2C Health & Wellness supplement business and has worked with several private equity companies through investment evaluations and onto the delivery of post investment, value creation processes.
He also works on two deeply personal pro-bono projects – one in specialist education for severe dyslexics and secondly with teenage boys without a positive male role model in their lives.
