Robyn has an accomplished career, with over two decades experience as an Organisation Development professional and performance coach. With an excellent track record of achievement, Robyn possesses broad experience in the design and delivery of global and bespoke programmes to drive business results, build capability and accountability at an individual, team and organisational level, to ultimately bring about transformation.
She brings significant experience and strengths in consulting on leadership and talent engagement and development, in order to drive high performance, often during times of organisational change.
Robyn’s experience in commercial (pharmaceuticals and FMCG), manufacturing and global business environments, gives her a broad perspective on leadership and talent development. This enables her to share best practice across sectors and organisational levels, to ensure that leaders in organisations understand their roles, their accountabilities and how to sustain a strong pipeline of talent.
Prior to joining Value Partnership, Robyn was an internal Organisation and Development Consultant at GlaxoSmithKline, latterly leading on a number of global leadership and change projects in ViiV Healthcare.
