In 2011-12, we carried out extensive research on leading change in uncertain times with the leaders of a wide range of businesses to discover:

  • How leaders create and exploit opportunities for growth under conditions of extreme uncertainty
  • What this means for CEOs and management teams who are keen to enable their organisation to adapt, learn and innovate

This workshop, held at the Institute of Directors in London, was designed to enable senior function leaders to gain clarity about their challenges and issues, and to strengthen their resourcefulness in facing the future.
