How we handle stress and ‘failure’ at work has a strong correlation with the likelihood of future success. For this reason, it’s important to develop a set of resilience skills.
In this interactive and fun workshop, we invited attendees to experience a number of different methods and tools from a wide range of personal development areas to equip them to become more resilient at work as well as at home.
As change has become the norm, we are constantly facing new and bigger challenges. When things don’t go as planned, our ability to bounce back is put to the test. To thrive in this climate, it’s essential to learn from our setbacks and move forward, rather than wallowing in or dwelling on them.
The good news is that resilience can be learned!
We know from research that highly resilient people have strong relationships and support networks that help them amplify their productivity and results. Which is exactly why we used the power of groups and networks at this workshop.
