This year, we have continued to add to an already diverse and international range of clients, aided by our growing, multi-lingual and multi-cultural team of consultants. In 2018 we’ve developed leadership programmes in French, German, Spanish and Portuguese (in addition to English of course) – a huge challenge and a fantastic development for everyone at Value Partnership.
Meanwhile, our research into growing businesses has led us to some exciting new projects. Our new brand reflects our focus on leadership consulting – we enable leaders to deliver change with conviction. It’s a true reflection of our business today and has helped us to engage with clients and potential clients in fresh ways.

Finally, this year we have chosen to support two charities: Marie Curie, who provide care and support for people living with any terminal illness, and their families – and children’s charity, Barnardo’s. Simon Court, Value Partnership’s Founder & CEO will run his second London marathon next April, raising further money for Barnardo’s, in memory of his father who, as a baby, was supported by the charity and given an essential start in life.
