Nicky is an executive coach and consultant to FTSE 250 businesses, UK governments, universities and national and international charities. She works with senior leaders and executive teams on board succession, leader and talent development, strategic change and culture change programmes.

Nicky is currently Programme Director for the UK Cabinet Office’s High Potential Talent Programme and Programme Director for the Whitehall and Industry’s Exchange Programme, which brings public and private sector leaders together to explore common challenges. She has a portfolio of executive coaching clients focussing on transitions to the most senior and complex roles and on change leadership. Nicky has worked extensively with financial services and fmcg companies and with professional services partnerships in UK, Europe, Asia, USA and the Middle East. Prior to working in consultancy, Nicky was Global Head of Talent for Standard Chartered Bank, EMEA Organisation Development Director for Dell and held a variety of director level leadership roles in Prudential Financial Services in Marketing Communications, Business Development as well as Human Resources. As well as broad business experience, Nicky has extensive training enabling her to work in depth with leaders. She has masters degrees in gestalt psychotherapy and organisation behaviour, a Tavistock coaching supervision qualification and uses her yoga teacher qualification to work somatically with leaders to increase wellbeing, presence and impact.

Alongside consultancy, Nicky offers pro bono coaching to small charity CEOs and has worked in a non-executive capacity with the London Gestalt Centre and on the HR Committee of the Global Innovation Fund, a non-profit, impact-first investment fund.
