FREE breakfast workshop on Resilience with Thomson Reuters20th Oct 2017

Value Partnership & Thomson Reuters are delighted to invite you to a FREE workshop on RESILIENCE.

As change has become the norm, we are constantly facing new and bigger challenges. When things don’t go as planned, our ability to bounce back is put to the test. To thrive in this climate, it’s essential to learn from our setbacks and move forward, rather than wallowing in or dwelling on them.

How we handle stress and ‘failure’ at work has a strong correlation with the likelihood of future success. For this reason, it’s important to develop a set of resilience skills.

The good news is that resilience can be learned! In this interactive and fun workshop, Katrin will invite you to experience a number of different methods and tools from a wide range of personal development areas so that you can become more resilient at work as well as in your personal life.

We know from research that highly resilient people have strong relationships and support networks that help them amplify their productivity and results. Which is exactly why we will be using the power of groups and networks at this workshop, too. So rest assured as you’ll always be working with at least one other person in all the activities.

There will also be an opportunity to network after the workshop.

This event is by invitation only, but if you’d like to attend, please register your interest. Request attendance
