We hold regular events, based around our research and usually in central London. Our events this year are based around a number of challenges which we are confident will resonate with many of you. Already we have run successful events exploring Revolution in the world of work – robots, AI and the rise of the access economy, Culture: A competitive edge in a commoditised world and Scaling a business successfully to achieve fast growth.
We ran an event on 31 March, in partnership with our friends at Culture Amp, and together we explored how to scale a business successfully to achieve fast growth, both by looking at the lessons from Miniclip and through fostering experience sharing between participating companies. This forms the focus of our research this year as we continue to explore the challenges faced by companies as they grow and scale in order to deliver sustained performance.
If you would like to be the first to hear about our upcoming research and events, please get in touch – you may even wish to participate in our research.
